Central McLean, Garrison advance to Region 4 semifinal showdown
asketball Tournament began with excitement and suspense on February 24 in Killdeer, featuring two McLean County teams advancing into the semifinals.
First-seeded Central McLean opened the day against fourth-seeded Richardton-Taylor, narrowly escaping with a 45-42 victory despite missing star player Reagan Kjelstrup.
The Cougars showed resilience and teamwork, stepping up in Kjelstrup’s absence to secure the win.
Next up, the third-seeded Garrison Troopers took on second-seeded Flasher in another tightly contested matchup.
