Bats are blazin' in Garrison

The Garrison Legion Post Baseball team’s season is in full swing.
Titan’s Assistant Coach Gabe Lassila said he is looking forward to what’s to come this season.
“We are really excited,” he said. “We have a lot of young talent this year, and we are really making sure that talent gets fulfilled.”
Head Coach Luke Gehring said he’s thinks the Titans will capitalize on that talent.
“We have a good group of boys this year,” he said. “We should have something going before the end of the season.”
The Titans’ first game was last week against the Mavericks in Makoti. The Titans prevailed with a final score of 15-9.
On Friday, the Titans hosted their first home stand against Velva, losing 21-14.
Lansford came to town on Monday, and it didn’t end well for Garrison. The final score was 13-0.
