The Velva-Garrison Aggies blew the Stanley Blue Jays out of the next Friday evening, 39-0.
The Aggies followed suit from last week, keeping the competition from scoring and, at the same time, scoring touchdown after touchdown.
Garrison’s Ty Iglehart scored three of the teams’ six touchdowns. Two of them were immediately during the game’s first quarter, leaving the Blue Jays stunned, 12-0.
A touchdown by Velva senior Kade Beeter followed in the second quarter, with an extra point scored by Kaden Chadwick, bringing the score to 19-0 at the end of the first half.
The Aggies didn’t stop there, replicating their first half actions with three more touchdowns. Iglehart made his third touchdown, followed by another successful Chadwick kick. Velva freshman Ben Schepp rushed a touchdown with 58 seconds on the clock at the end of the third quarter. Velva junior Preston Kraft also rushed a touchdown.
