Aggies advance to round three
On Saturday, November 2, the Velva-Garrison-Drake/Anamoose Aggies put on a dominant display in the second round of the NDHSAA Class A playoffs, defeating Harvey/Wells County 44-13 on their home field.
The Aggies showcased their strength on both offense and defense, controlling the game from start to finish and delivering a statement win to their playoff opponents.
With this commanding victory, the Aggies secured their place in the third round, bringing them one step closer to a shot at the state championship.
Next up, the Aggies will host Langdon/Munich on Saturday, November 9, at 2 p.m. in Velva. The stakes are high, as a win in this upcoming game would earn the Aggies a trip to Fargo for the state title match, a journey they last made in 2022.
