Struggles continue for the young Garrison-Max Troopers volleyball team. This past weekend, the team came up short at the Washburn tournament, only earning a split in sets with Berthold.

It was another heartbreaking loss for the Garrison-Max Troopers volleyball team this past Thursday night. The match, in Garrison, saw the Wilton-Wing Miners pull out a 3-0 win in District 10 play.

Roberts, Tomlinson teams top Camp of Cross scramble
A couples foursome headed by Zach Roberts of Douglas scored a 10-under 62 to claim top “gross” honors at the annual Camp of the Cross golf tournament played in near-perfect summer weather on Tuesday on the Garrison course. Finishing first in the “net” competition was a couples and father-son team led by young Levi Tomlinson of Max.
Titans take two
Despite being down four starters, the Garrison-Max Titans still managed to come in third in the seven-team field at the Section 6 Tournament in Garrison last week.
