White Shield hosts 2024 Arikara Celebration
White Shield hosted their annual Arikara Celebration this past weekend, July 11-14, with four days of excitement and community.
Hundreds of individuals from 58 different tribes came together for a weekend of singing, dancing and celebration of the beautiful culture the tribes share.
Central to the celebration, both geographically and symbolically, were the multiple grand marches the tribes performed throughout the weekend.
