Rollover accident at Hwy 83 and CR 37
Thursday afternoon, just before 3:00 p.m., a rollover accident involving Garrison resident Dustin Seidler, 40, Garrison and Anita Arnold, 71, Bismarck, occurred at the corner of Highway 83 and County Road 37 (Six Mile corner.) Arnold died due to the injuries sustained in the accident.
Seidler’s GMC Sierra pick-up allegedly failed to yield while crossing over Highway 83 and hit Arnold’s Mustang that was traveling south on Highway 83. The pickup rolled onto its side. Seidler was trapped inside the vehicle according to the McLean County Sheriff’s report. Seidler’s daughter was a passenger in the pickup as well. Arnold remained in her vehicle after the accident until help arrived.
