Locals attend Ties and Tiaras Dance
Left, dancing with daughters Emma Wilcox, 18 months, and Teagan Rensch, 11, Jon Wilcox was one of several father figures spending quality time with their daughters during the Ties and Tiaras dance in Garrison Saturday.
