Garrison Rural Water struggles to quench thirst for water
There’s been a thirst in the past few years for lake lots in rural Garrison.
Purchasing a lake or near-lake lot of two acres or less for as high as $259,000 each is just the start. Construction and utilities are often easier to obtain than water, although a mammoth reservoir rests right out the back doors.
