Garrison man indicted in federal court; charges dismissed locally
A case has been dismissed locally for a Garrison man facing numerous felony charges stemming from child pornography on the grounds the defendant has been indicted in federal court.
According to motion to dismiss order filed on Oct. 1, 2024 in McLean County for Thomas McCullough, who was born in 2003, all 11 felony charges McCullough was facing locally have been dropped.
The charges included promoting or directing an obscene sexual performance by a minor and luring minors by computer.
