Garrison man charged with 11 felonies involving sexual performance by minor
A Garrison man is facing 11 felony charges stemming from promoting or directing an obscene sexual performance by a minor and luring minors by computer.
Additional charges include four possession of certain materials prohibited charges and five dissemination of obscene material charges. All 11 chargers are classified as Felony A or Felony C charges.
According to an affidavit for probable cause obtained from the McLean County Courthouse, Thomas McCullough, born in 2003, of Garrison was arrested July 1 on the charges, and an initial appearance in court was held the same day, where bond was set at $100,000 cash-only.
