Cramer pleads guilty to homicide, 8 others charges; sentencing to take place in December
The son of U.S. Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-North Dakota) pleaded “guilty” to homicide while fleeing a peace officer, which resulted in the death of a local deputy sheriff.
During a change of plea hearing Sept. 20 at the Burleigh County Courthouse in Bismarck, Ian Cramer, 43 at the time of the crime, of Bismarck, pleaded “guilty” to four felony charges, 4 misdemeanor charges and one infraction.
