The Turtle Lake-Mercer-Mc-Clusky Trojans finished the 2011-2012 season with 18 wins and six losses and third place in the Region 5 tournament.
Tucker Fylling and Adam Peltier were named to the 2012 All Region 5 Team.
Other members of the All-Region team are Ian MacDonald, Garrison: Cory Keating, Wilton/Wing; Brett Schreiner, Washburn; Dustyn Luger, Solen: Joey Dwyer and Donovan Lambert, Shiloh Christian; Kirby St. John, Stand-ing Rock; Kalen Bachmeier, Grant County; Adam Berg. Center/Stanton; and Justin Benz, Flasher.
Adam Peltier passed a milestone during the tournament scoring his 1,000th career point in the game with Standing Rock. Peltier now has 1,046 points.
The Trojans lost in the semi-final game to Shiloh Christian, 85-76; then they defeated Flasher, 85-64, in the third place game.
The other semi-final game: Washburn defeated Flasher 62-42.
Shiloh Christian defeated Wash-burn in a close one for the Region 5 championship, 55-51.
Shiloh Christian will open the State B Tournament against Divide County on Mar. 1 in Grand Forks.
