The Turtle Lake-Mercer McClusky Trojans girls lost to the Washburn Cardinals, 47-32, in the District 10 championship game Monday night.
The Trojans will play the last game of the day at the Region 5 tournament at Mandan High School Mar. 7. Their opponent is yet to be determined.
Quarter-final action in District 10 saw Washburn and Turtle Lake-Mercer McClusky with byes. Wilton/ Wing defeated Underwood, 52-42, and Max defeated Garrison, 56-53.
Semi-final action resulted in Washburn defeating Wilton/Wing, 58-24, and TL-M-M defeating Max, 64-55.
Region qualifying games: Garrison defeated Wilton/Wing, 52-42, and Max defeated Underwood, 60-39.
Kim Tkach and Jaimee White Bear were named to the 2011 All District 10 team.
