The Turtle Lake-Mercer McClusky Trojans placed 4th in the Region 5 Tournament at Mandan High School.
Shiloh Christian defeated the Trojans in the semi-final game 44-37.
In the other semi-final game Grant County defeated New Salem/Almont 60-51.
In the fourth place game, New Salem/Almont defeated the Trojans 45-41 and the Championship went to Shiloh as they defeated Grant County 46-35.
Shiloh Christian will play the first game of the State B Tournament March 15 against New Town at the Bismarck Civic Center.
Jacy Hausauer and Chloe Bayless were named to the 2012 All Region 5 team. Other members of the team are Ashley Benz, Sidney Benz and Ashley Werner from Grant County; Spanky Clayton and Kennedy Retterath from Washburn; Paige Emmel and Mikayla Forness from Shiloh Christian; Emily Wolf and Karlie Schroeder from New Salem/Almont; Heidi Clausen from Wilton/Wing; and Whitney Huesers from Max.
Trojans 37-Skyhawks 44
Chloe Bayless was the leader for the Trojans as she tallied a school record 23 rebounds in the semi-final game loss to the Shiloh Christian Skyhawks. Bayless also scored 15 points.
MiKayla Forness led the Skyhawks with 12 points and 14 rebounds.
The Trojans had a terrible night shooting as they only scored one Taylor Fylling field goal and three free throws from Chloe Bayless in the first quarter and trailed 15-5.
