Trojan elementary girls basketball lose two games
The Turtle Lake-Mercer-McClusky Trojans elementary girls basketball team hosted games against Wilton-Wing Miners on Thursday afternoon, September 23, at the McClusky High School gym. First game was played by fourth grader team. Trojans were defeated by the Miners, 7-25. Quarter stops were 0-7, 2-18 and 2-20. Kenzee Hanson and Lily Christenson earned two points each. There were three extra points. Second game was played by fifth-sixth grader team. Again, Trojans were defeated by the Miners, 17-46. Quarter stops were 3-13, 5-23 and 13-37. Brooklyn Lauer led the scoring with eight points, followed by River Fylling, six points, and Peityn Fiedler, one point. There were two extra points.
