Pizarro buzzer beater

It was a three-point, nothing but net, buzzer beater in overtime from JP Pizarro. It lifted the Trojans to a 58-55 win over the Underwood Comets Tuesday night in Underwood.
The win improves the Trojans overall record to 8-3 and district record to 4-0. The Comets stand at 2-9 and 0-3.
The girls were not as fortunate as they were defeated by the Comets 46-27 and drop to 2-2 in district play and 9-4 overall. The Comets raise their district record to 3-0 and 11-4 overall.
Next up for the Trojans is a full week of games. Tuesday, Center/Stanton comes to town for a girls district match up. Jam. 22.
Jan. 24. Is a double header with Mandaree on the Trojans’ home court. Jan. 25 the boys are on the bus to Velva. Jan.26 is a double-header game with Towner/Granville/Upham.
