McClusky Park Board changes summer meeting time

Along with changing their summer meeting time to 4:30 in the afternoon on the third Tuesday of each month, the McClusky Park Board District moved to approve John
Bowers as a new member and he joined the group after acceptance. They also accepted the resignation of board president Rhonda Meckle. Meckle cited health reasons and a job offer in another state. Her resignation is effective June 1, 2021. Board members and clerks attending the April 20 meeting were Meckle, Kristee Tanner, Larry Gessner, and retiring
clerk Shirley Murray and clerk-in-training Tanya Mueller. Guests were Tammy Nordquist, Hayden Lauer, Bowers, Amber Scheurer, Carrie Foley and Melissa (Corey) Lauer. Tammy Nordquist presented a $1,000 check from her Christmas wreath sale fundraising effort. The donations are for the gravel in the cemetery to the board. She was thanked for her effort in improving the driving paths of the cemetery.
