Jacobs scores 1,000 points

The Trojans' 6’ 2” junior forward Trapper Jacobs joined the 1,000-point club Thursday night at the Mandan Tournament. He drove to the bucket for two points with 0:58 remaining in the second quarter against Grant County in the consolation semifinal game.
Jacobs scored his first varsity points as an eighth grader December 16 2014 against Linton. He had eight points that night.
For the tournament, Jacobs scored 28 points against Flasher, Grant County and Wilton/Wing for a total 84 for the Tournament.
