Jacobs all region

The six-foot two-inch junior forward for the Turtle Lake-Mercer McClusky Trojans, Hunter Jacobs, was named to the 2015 All Region 5 Team Thursday night at the Bismarck Event Center.
Jacobs has averaged 11.8 points per game and pulled down 4.2 rebounds per game for the season.
Jacobs was also the Trojans’ leading free throw shooter, putting down 72% of his attempts.
Other Region 5 team members include Keegan Swanson from Max; Dakota Rand from Garrison; Zach Schell from Washburn; Spenser Rebel from New Salem/Almont; Peyton Gabrielson from Flasher; Kole Iron Shield from Standing Rock; Kenneth Thunder Hawk from Solen; and Zach Martin and Andrew Hartman from Bismarck Shiloh Christian.
Keegan Swanson is the 2015 Region 5 Senior Athlete of the Year and Jeffery Brandt from Solen is the 2015 Region 5 Coach of the Year.
