Goodrich boys varsity cross-country takes first at local meet
Cross-country participants for the McClusky hosted meet on Saturday morning, Sept. 27, at the Hoffer Lake had sunny and warm weather for their competition races. Teams that participated were from Hebron, Washburn-Wilton, Shiloh Christian, Garrison, Medina and McClusky and Goodrich. In the 7th and 8th grade boys, Ceph Dockter from Central Prairie (Medina) placed first with a time of 6:56, and Eddie White Bear placed second with a time of 7:38 In 7th and 8th grade girls competition, Robyn Essler of Garrison placed first with a time of 7:00.
