Girls win 1 lose 2

The girls started the week with a 34-23 win against the South Prairie Royals Tuesday night but Friday night at Larimore, the Polar Bears defeated the Trojans 52-34. Saturday afternoon, the Midway/Minto Mustangs defeated the Trojans 52-35.
Next up for the Trojans are a double-header game at Max December16 and a girl’s game at home with Richardton/Taylor on December17. The next game for the boys is against New Salem/Almont at the Mandan tournament Dec.26 at 7:30.
Sophie Sparrow was the game’s leading scorer against the Royals with 15 points. Haley Daws led the Royals with six.
The Royals got on the scoreboard first with a bucket from Charlize O’Connor. The Trojans answered with a couple for buckets from Sophie Sparrow and a triple from Madison Boehm to take a 7-2 lead. They led 7-4 at the end of one.
