Trojans take two from Cardinals
The Trojans traveled to the home of the Cardinals from Washburn last Thursday night and were the winners in both games.
Trojans over Troopers in nail-biter times two
For the fans that attended the district doubleheader game against the Garrison Troopers, they got their money’s worth as both games went down to the wire with the Trojans winning both game.
Girls win one/lose one
The girls were on the road last week and picked up a 28-23 win at New Salem/Almont Friday night but lost, 35-28, at Strasburg/Zeeland Thursday night.
Mandan Tournament
AJ Ketterling was chosen for the Mandan Holiday All-Tournament Team during the Christmas break.

A doubleheader district games at Max Monday night saw the Trojans take both games.
Girls win 1 lose 2
The girls started the week with a 34-23 win against the South Prairie Royals Tuesday night but Friday night at Larimore, the Polar Bears defeated the Trojans 52-34. Saturday afternoon, the Midway/Minto Mustangs defeated the Trojans 52-35.
Girls start 3-1
The Trojans started the 2019-20 basketball season with three wins and one loss this past week. Monday night the girls traveled to Standing Rock to pick up their first win 41-31.
Central McLean Co-op meets issues head on
The Central McLean Sports Cooperative met at 6:30 on November 20 at McClusky School with a supper served at 6 p.m.
Trojans drop two
The Trojans suffered two losses this past week. Tuesday night at Wilton/Wing the final regular season match, saw the Miners defeat the Trojans 3-0 to raise their region record to 7-3, while the Trojans fell to 9-1.
They never got to release their balloons
Several Central McLean fans were waiting for the Cougars to score their first touchdown to release their handful of balloons, but the time never came as Beach kept the Cougars out of the end zone the entirety of Saturday’s playoff game.
