TLM-M Trojans outlast Washburn Cardinals
The Trojans picked up their first region win of the season in a 3-1 win over the Cardinals from Washburn Tuesday night but their winning streak stopped at one by the loss to New Salem/Almont Holsteins 3-0 Thursday night on the Holsteins home court.
Comets blank Trojans
The Trojans had a tough week last week as they lost three matches. Monday night the Eagles from New Town defeated the Trojans 3-1.
Miners down Trojans
The JH volleyball games were played at McClusky High School Monday afternoon with Turtle Lake-Mercer-McClusky Trojans against Wing-Wilton Miners. In seventh grade game, Trojans and Miners played two matches.
Titans and Mustangs defeat Trojans
The Trojans volleyball team started the 2017 season not so good, as they were defeated by the Towner/Granville/Upham Titans in their home opener, 3-1. In addition, the team was defeated by the Surrey Mustangs earlier in the week, 3-0.

Cougars thump Raiders in grid opener
The Central McLean Cougars started the 2017 season with a wallop Friday night, thumping Drake-Anamoose by the score of 58-22 on the Raiders’ home turf.
Double Digits team wins two
The kickball game was played on June 23 at the ball diamond during McClusky Midsummer Fest.
Cougars win, lose by 10
Sometimes all it takes is one really good, or bad, inning. That’s Thursday’s Central McLean fast pitch game against Wilton-Wing, as the Cougars gave up seven runs in the third inning on their way to an 11-1 loss on their home field.
Big bats help overcome pitching woes
One tough loss was enough for the week. The Cougars rallied for a win following a Thursday afternoon 15-5 loss to Heart River as the Cougars got their bats moving the next day on their home field, smacking their way to a big 15-5 win over Stanley.
