Water leak cause undetermined

The water leak late this summer on Avenue F and near 2nd Street West caused much water to soak and flood the surrounding area. Tand Construction returned when weather permitted further street work and repaired the leak.
Near the school, the service had four 1-inch copper pipes coming off the 6-inch PVC water main and merging into a 2-inch copper pipe. The four 1-inch pipes were removed and replaced with a single 2-inch poly water service and curb stop.
At the apartment complex end of the problem, there were three 1-inch copper pipes coming off a 6-inch PVC water main and merging into a 1.5 copper service. The three 1-inch pipes were removed and replaced with a single 1.5-inch poly service and curb stop.
