Two of eight doctors revealed at information session

Doing the thing she loves, spreading the word of good nutrition that saves real doctors from having to make real house calls, Deb Brummel held another of her information sessions and meal at the McClusky City Community Room on Jan 23.
Brummel noted that some of those present had missed her previous session and so she gave a brief overview of the first of the eight "doctors" and how they make "house calls," ie: with nutrition.
Using the phrase "New Start" to itemize the doctors that provide one with good health right in one’s home, Brummel noted that the next two will be water and sunshine, with four more to follow.
Nutrition focused on the anti-inflammatory action of certain goods and the avoidance of oxidized foods.
Anti-inflammatory foods that contain these poly phenols are, in descending order from best were blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, plums, oranges, grapes, cherries, kiwi and pink grapefruit.
Plants that contain strong color generally have the best nutrition and cleansing properties. These include, in descending order from best: garlic, kale, spinach, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, beets, red peppers, onion, corn and eggplant.
