Storm dwarfs tax deadline stress

No one was moving around much as the highway closings crept in from the west and south, eventually reaching up to Highway 2 on the northern tier of the North Dakota.
Radar, for those who tune in to watch the website of the National Weather Service, showed the swirling colors of expected and falling precipitation amounts swallowing up vast areas of the western, central, southern and eastern portions of the state.
The northwest portion, having already had their snow kick in the backside earlier, didn’t get the tremendous amounts that broke records for April across the state.
