St. Patrick’s Day chance to see green

With green specials, some Scentsy to make noses pleased, and treats for snackless shoppers, St. Patrick’s Day went well at Holen’s Super Valu.
Adding to shopper’s choices, were the newly acquired helium balloons, courtesy of Missy Sease’s closed Cool Country shop on Main Street.
Diane Holen noted that corned beef had gone well, much better than she had anticipated. The cabbage had been a remarkable 70 pounds in one day. They do a reasonable amount of cabbage sales each week, said Diane, but this was really good!
Cambree Holen also had her new Scentsy table of electric heaters and wax scents on display and Diane indicated she had done well on sales, also.
The next week will hold another treat, with Holen’s second anniversary celebration on March 30. Diane stated they will have another grill giveaway, kids’ prizes, gift baskets, and free hot dogs, chips, slices of kuchen and punch offered at special times during the anniversary event.
