The McClusky Sportsman’s Club held their annual Land-owner’s Appreciation Supper on Sunday, January 29th at the American Legion. 107 guests enjoyed a supper of roast beef, mashed potatoes, baked bean hot-dish, and buns provided by the Club.
Members of the club also furnished assorted salads and desserts. It was a dieter’s dilemma and it appeared many failed to stay true on Sunday night.
The supper is open to area landowners as a way for sportsmen to show respect and gratitude towards the landowner/ sportsman relationship. The club hopes to share their understanding that hunting on private property is a privilege and hunters should strive to be considerate of public and private lands.
