The Sheridan County court processes for Nov. 7, 2012 included the following:
Preliminary hearing for Todd Roth, possession of drug paraphernalia: postponed due to non-appearance of attorney;
Pretrial conference for Thom-as Allen Brewer, driving while license privilege is suspended: no-show; bench warrant issued: $250 cash bond.
Initial Appearance for Sha-nese Marie Parisien, driving without liability insurance: No-show; bench warrant issued and $250 cash bond;
Preliminary Hearing for Cody Alan Muscha, two counts possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia (felony), possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor), person under 21 possession of alcohol, misdemeanor: pled not-guilty, further court proceedings to be scheduled;
Initial Appearance for Joseph Rene Saenz, fleeing or attempting to elude police: pled guilty; 30 days jail, suspended one year with no violations, $325 court fees and submit to fingerprinting;
