Sheridan County in Partnership with Youth held its annual ham dinner at McClusky City Hall on November 13, along with a load of silent auction items that brought out competitive bidding for a few. The meal included a thick slice of ham, large baked potatoes with butter and sour cream options, coleslaw, corn, bun, pickles, dessert, and beverages. Included in the silent auction were toys, wall hangings of all types, coffee maker, organic pest repellent for gardens and yards, artwork, toys, Merv Rennich’s “Rock Pile” book, and numerous other items. The dinner was served by a volunteer crew of SCiPY supporters that included ticket sellers Doris Fischer and Tracy Stein, servers Emily Stroh, Rachel Parson, Vickie Lasher, Theresa Naser, Beverly Neff, Angie Stein Joyce Jans, and dessert specialist Carson Axt.
