Road work repairs looking good

With a slow but steady progress many of the minor and not-so-minor road fixes have been done. The Sheridan County Highway Dept has been hard at work, aided by FEMA funding assistance and other work crews.
The end of the Pickardville road near the Terry Manz farm is one corner nearly ruined by overflowing and high water this spring. It is now above water and sporting new gravel on a firm base.
