Pioneer Historical Society Museum receives new fl oor

A big effort, long awaited, was the completion of the west portion of the museum, already housing thousands of historical items. The Pioneer Historical Society Museum
in Goodrich is partly supported by a county mill levy, grants, donation and hours of hard work by those who belong, support and oversee the project. Portions of the history is
recorded on wood plaques inside the building, in numerous stories in print, and the many occasions a fundraiser is held to support a particular project. There are also machinery
exhibits, a schoolhouse, and items from an old church.
