McClusky offered houses on the prairie

In an effort to expand house-building into Bakken as well as establish a permanent job source for central North Dakota, Rick Downs from American RTM Homes has been here and will appear again to offer McClusky a chance to use the former Polar Ware property in a new way.
Along with Downs, is former Polar Ware owner, Walter Vollrath. According to Downs, he and Vollrath recently spent two days discussing the various aspects of the house-building project for location in McClusky.
“Vollrath is a real friend to McClusky,” said Downs. Downs stated that Vollrath is disappointed that the Polar Ware situation turned out as it has, added Downs, and then stated Vollrath plans to attend the April 30 meeting with McClusky City’s Job Development Authority (JDA).
The projected business would be formed as an employee-owned S-corporation, with a gradual transfer of control from developer to the employees in a prescribed manner.
