After rave reviews of the fall concert, parents, grandparents and area residents pack in to see and hear the McClusky School District’s students present their Christmas Concert. The event was under the direction of music instructor Vernel Schneider.
First on the list was in intro by the grades 7-12 band, which performed two musical selections, Christmas Angels and Christmas Bells and Brass.
The kindergarten through grade three students performed a “ready to sing Christmas” compilation of tunes by Jay Althouse that included “Jingle Bells,” “Away in a Manger” and “Silent Night.
Grades four, five and six offered a “Holiday Sampler” tune for their first song. It was followed by “Christmas Kings and “Eagle Summit March.”
Grades 7 through 12 returned to present “Suite of Carols,” and “Winter Celebration.”
