Man found stabbed in home

A man, unofficially identified as John LeCounte, was found stabbed in his home in south McClusky on Friday at 3 am, on Nov 8.
A cell phone call with a “hysterical” person on the other end activated the police and emergency response to the scene.
No one else was in the house when police and the ambulance arrived, said Sheridan County Sheriff Trent Naser.
“He had been stabbed at least once and was conscious when we arrived,” added Naser.
