JDA addresses business and community’s future
By ALLAN TINKER
With much information on hand, at the meeting on October 4, with several reports presented, the McClusky JDA was concise and thorough in the jobs before it. JDA member and Blue Thistle owner Roxinne McPhail reported on several issues. She had attended the last McClusky Merchants Association meeting and brought updates from them. Lewis and
Clark Development Group loan officer and representative Matt Burthold will attend the October 28 meeting. The Merchants meeting is open to the public and anyone interested in business or other plans for the community, including housing, are invited to attend. Meals are pay-for-your-own and association members often ’eat while they meet.’ Mark calendars to attend and find out what programs might work for the communities and in the county. Merchants’ meetings will be held regularly on the fourth Thursday at noon at the ReUnion
Grill, from now on, unless COVID, or other concerns unforeseen, limit public gatherings, said Association President Jeffrey Martwick.
