Flyway 200 courtesy supports good service
By ALLAN TINKER
Time for a “Hello” and a “Thank you, Sir,” and a bit of friendly chatter, supports the services and products at Flyway 200. With a few learning curves for new products,
pump card functions and lottery ticket sales, both new owners Rich and Robin Bauer are enjoying their new job and the chance to share family life more. Robin said the days at work reminded her of Grandparents Wolt, who had a store at Crystal Springs, oh so many years ago. “I learned a lot from them,” she said. Customer service and friendly attitudes were among them. She told how when Wolts opened their store, they ordered a sign. Supposed to read Wolt’s Co-op, it arrived missing the dash. By the time the replacement had arrived,
the name Wolt’s Coop became too good for some folks to give up. In time, the novelty wore off and Wolt’s Co-op was a good business for many years.
