Cole Felchle is McClusky FFA Chapter’s 2018-2019 Sentinel. He stated he enrolled in Ag Ed classes and has been an active FFA member for four years.
Felchle added, “Many of the different FFA classes I have been in, have taught me many different wood working, welding, mechanics, and leadership skills that I otherwise would have probably never learned, and for this, I am thankful.
“In the past three years, I have picked up a hobby of fixing and restoring tractors along with four of my closest friends Nick Richter, Lance Pellman, Lee Pellman, and Lane Alm. (The Pellmans are McClusky High School graduates).
“In the past year, we have done about anything you can think of when taking apart an IH tractor. We have just started to dig into John Deere and Case tractors.
“Many of the skills that we have learned were from our Ag Mechanic classes, along with some trial and error. This has led to a really tightly knit group of kids that work on these tractors about every weekend.
