Carefully hidden in plain view

The 363 Eatery is in full gear, serving the best in homemade foods. The new sign is soon to be up, whereupon they will no longer be carefully
hidden. The 363 Eatery is in the Schindler building on Main Street, across the corner building that also holds the post office. The Eatery is open from early morning to 3 p.m. every day of the week. Signs on the building’s exterior door will note any changes to current hours. The hours have been the same since they opened quietly last month. The Rich and Robin Bauer owned business is an extension of their other new business, the Flyway 200 gas and food service. The certified kitchen will allow Robin to prepare foods for sale at both locations. With a full breakfast menu from pancakes to steak and potatoes, their chicken-fried steak, tenderized and breaded fresh, not a frozen product is just one of the popular choices on the menu. Build your own omelet, they are happy to cook and serve it, with pickup service available as well, for those who prefer to eat on the go or at home. Drinks are highlighted by Pepsi products, raspberry iced tea, coffee, hot tea, Fire ‘n’ Ice sodas, with a refill on fountain sodas and teas.
