April songs bring warmth between storms

The McClusky Elementary Spring Concert brought welcome music and cheer to the colder than usual month of April. Under the leadership of Music Director Tyler Krueger, the April 20th afternoon hours were filled with familiar songs, along with new voices and musicians. The youngest performers, the kindergarten group of nine, presented “Bought Me a Cat” after an audience welcome by the combined choir’s presentation of “The Wellerman.” First and second grades gave their rendition of “On Top of Spaghetti,” and the Fifth Grade Band played “Variations on a Shepherd’s Tune.”
