Andrea Lauer resigns to fill teaching position
By ALLAN TINKER
Before anyone panics over the heading, Andrea Lauer will be teaching in the McClusky School system after her final day as business manager for the McClusky School District.
With everyone in the school more or less aware of her continuing education upgrades towards her technology degree, she also filled many hours with improving her business manager credentials. Her last day as manager will be December 18, after she finishes her student teaching experience. She will finish the first semester in the Web Design, Microsoft Office, and Tech Coordinator/business manager classrooms and offices. With students familiar with her, Superintendent Dale Ekstrom thought the consistency of that plan would be good for the students. Ekstrom added that Lauer had spent a great deal of time of the past year and current year keeping the systems running, upgrading and updating all electronic devices,
and trouble-shooting when necessary.
