McClusky City and Park Board hold special meeting
With the meeting on Tuesday, Jan 21, called by Council members Roberta Hunt and Dorothy Estrada, the McClusky City Council tried to help clear up issues for the McClusky City Park Board with the legal information presented by Jerry Hjelmstad of the North Dakota League of Cities.
Two of eight doctors revealed at information session
Doing the thing she loves, spreading the word of good nutrition that saves real doctors from having to make real house calls, Deb Brummel held another of her information sessions and meal at the McClusky City Community Room on Jan 23.
Cell tower coming to Sheridan County
Sheridan County Commission-ers met on Jan 14 for the purpose of discussing a conditional use permit for building a proposed cell tower within the county.

Job Development Authority meets to cite progress
With all members on board, with Dorothy Estrada returning to replace Theresa Jorgenson after Estrada’s medical leave, the McClusky Job Development Authority tallied up the constructive progress of the past weeks. Other members present were Roberta Hunt, Jason Parsons, Joey Belile and Andrea Kluck.
Clinic and customers enjoy open house
The McClusky veterinary service, Sheridan Animal Hospital, put on an open house for its customers on Dec 20th from 2 to 5, for customers to enjoy treats and refreshments with the animal clinic staff.
Fischer recovering after loss of limbs
Matthew Fischer of Mercer, ND was involved in a terrible farming accident on Nov 10, 2013. The accident caused the loss of his left arm and left leg.

No intention of going to work lasts nearly 29 years
"I think you should apply" said Barb Lauer’s father-in-law Ted Lauer, when he learned that there would be an opening at the local bank. "I had no intention of going to work at that time," laughed Barb.
