Market starts 2016 season
For top quality fresh produce, farmers markets cannot be beat. The loyal local customers were rewarded by the early cold crop varieties and were anxious to see the first tomatoes and peppers show up.
Short staff and full agenda
The annual meeting of the McClusky School District Board met on July 25, with one member absent.
Sheridan County 4-H Achievement Day held its exhibits on July 11 at the 4-H Building at Hoffer Lake with Livestock Show at 4-H Arena and Static exhibits open for public viewing.
Highway 200 scheduled for upgrade
Though not a huge change in the planned renovation of Highway 200, the improvements are well warranted; designed to improve safety.
Wangen family hold reunion
The family of Darlene Wangen had a reunion picnic in the Goodrich Park on July 3.

The McClusky Midsummer Fest Grand Parade, and the Kiddie’s parade, were shorter than last year’s, but equal in quality and included dashes of talent, humor and a lot of hard work on floats.
