Women’s Ag Day provides great variety of topics
Sheridan County Extension Service and Sheridan County Soil Conservation District hosted Women’s Ag Day on Tuesday, September 26 at the McClusky City Hall with approximately 35 women attending. Co-op Elevator of McClusky sponsored the program.

The August meeting of McClusky Job Development Authority counted its blessings. The town had held three events that drew much praise from all who attended.
Thriving plants in dry times
It was a work in progress over the past years since 1959 when DeLayne and Merwyn Krein moved to their farm home south of Goodrich. According to Merwyn, the yard was filled with Absinthe Wormwort, commonly known as stinkweed.

New Junior Auxiliary members pinned
On August 9, the American Legion Auxiliary of James Roberts Post 124 accepted four new junior members at their luncheon meeting. Sophie Sparrow, Daisy Sparrow, Jorja Farrell, Karleigh Baker were present for the program.
