Blue Thistle open house treats
True to good promotion standards, Blue Thistle owner Roxinne McPhail had favorite area foods for “thanks for stopping treats” at the May 27 open house. Bratwurst sizzled, condiments, chips, and beverages waited, and interested visitors received tours along with their food.

16 couples attend MHS Prom
McClusky Junior Class held its prom on Saturday evening, April 17, at the high school gym. Sixteen couples attended the Grand March.
Goodness, generosity and a great time
With a “no name please” donor covering the cost of the trip, those students who wished to attend, visited the North Dakota State Historical Society on May 19.

The American Legion James Roberts Post 124 held its Memorial Day services on Memorial Day in the McClusky High School gymnasium, starting with the Advance of Colors by the American Legion Color Guard.
