Wilton-Wing girls basketball season ends after District 8 Tourney
The Wilton-Wing girls basketball team’s season officially concluded last weekend after a hard-fought run at the District 8 Tournament held in Washburn.
The Miners, coached by Lisa Jenkins, wrapped up their 2023-24 campaign with a record of 8-13, showing determination throughout the winter months.
Their efforts earned them the fourth seed heading into the district tournament, positioning them just steps away from qualifying for the Region 4 Tournament
