The Washburn boys basketball team went on the road this last week after getting a thrilling victory in the final game of the Mclean County Shootout.
The boys headed to Center-Stanton January 10 to face the Wildcats who have been winless so far on the season.
The Cardinals would be in control of this ball game from the tip.
Koby Hansen would have a great game on both ends of the floor with five blocks and five steals, to go along with his 21 points.
Trevor Schreiner has been looking for his stroke that he has been struggling with through the first few games, but had a nice game also going six of 11 from the field, and finished with 14 points.
The Cardinals would get a comfortable win on the road 66-46 over the Wildcats.
