Tibke second at State

A handful of Roughrider Track and Field athletes took part in the state meet last week, with one girl grabbing silver in one event.
Southern McLean’s Brook Tibke brought home second in the pole vault after earning first at the South Central regional meet earlier this month. Tibke would also take 29th in the long jump.
Elsewhere at the meet, Roughrider Brynn Hyttinen would take eighth in the 800-meter dash and 16th in the 400-meter.
Jordyn Thorson would place 21st in the 1600 meter.
