Thorson signing with UJ

Wilton senior Jordyn Thorson will officially become a Jimmie this week as she signs with University of Jamestown athletics. Thorson, who is set to graduate from Wilton in May, will sign on Wednesday to join the University of Jamestown cross country and track and field programs. Thorson will compete with the Jimmies starting this fall, when she starts her four year journey at the school. “I’m so excited to finally be committed to a school,” Thorson said. “I’m happy to officially be a Jimmie! It feels like a weight has been lifted off my chest and I can finally relax.” The Wilton senior received an exclusive full-ride scholarship to attend the school, where she plans to pursue a nursing degree while taking part in track and cross country.
